The Role
What you will do
Guide a cohort of founders through three structured phases across 90 days of building.
Provide weekly async feedback on founder submissions, milestones, and progress.
Host monthly group sessions with your cohort to keep momentum and answer questions.
Review and score founders ahead of Win Day, helping identify the strongest ideas.
Work closely with the Conceivr team to flag outstanding founders for Deal Room access.

People who have built something, shipped a product, raised money, or navigated the early chaos of a startup. You know what it actually takes.
Industry professionals
Senior operators, product leaders, engineers, marketers, and finance professionals with real sector depth that founders can draw from.
Investors and advisors
People with a view of the ecosystem from above — who understand what makes an idea fundable and how to get a business investment-ready.
Strong communicators
You can give feedback that is honest without being discouraging. You write clearly, speak directly, and know how to push someone without breaking them.
Committed to Africa
