1. What We Collect

We collect information you provide directly: your name, email address, country, business idea details, and payment information when you register for our programmes. We also collect usage data including pages visited, features used, and session duration to improve our platform.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to deliver our programmes, send you relevant updates about your enrolment, match you with appropriate mentors and resources, facilitate investor introductions through the Deal Room, and improve the Conceivr platform.

3. Your Idea is Yours

Any business idea, plan, or proprietary information you share through Conceivr remains entirely your intellectual property. We do not claim any ownership or rights over founder ideas. We use submitted information solely to provide programme services.

4. Investor Access

Founder profiles shared in the Deal Room are accessible only to verified investors who have signed a Non-Disclosure Agreement. We do not share your full information with investors without your knowledge. Expressions of interest from investors are facilitated through Conceivr before any direct introduction.

5. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a PostgreSQL-based cloud database. Payment processing is handled by Paystack. Authentication is managed by Clerk. Each of these services maintains their own security standards and privacy policies.

6. We Do Not Sell Your Data

Conceivr does not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not display advertising on our platform. The only sharing that occurs is what is explicitly described in these policies and what you consent to.

7. Emails and Communications

By registering on Conceivr you agree to receive programme-related communications including onboarding emails, session reminders, and weekly digests. You can unsubscribe from non-essential communications at any time using the link in any email.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, request corrections to inaccurate data, request deletion of your account and associated data, and withdraw consent for non-essential communications. To exercise any of these rights contact us at youreach@conceivr.com.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we do we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. For significant changes we will notify active members by email.
