Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the Conceivr platform — including the bootcamp, Build Room, community, or any associated content — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Who We Are

Conceivr is operated by Conceivr Limited, a company registered in Nigeria (RC No. 9486345). Our mission is to help early-stage African founders develop, refine, and pitch their ideas to the right opportunities.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You may not share your account with anyone else. Your Bootric Number is unique to you and non-transferable. Any fraudulent activity or misuse of your account may result in permanent suspension.

4. Payments and Refunds

All payments made through the platform are final. The bootcamp fee ($5) is non-refundable once enrolled. Build Room subscription fees are non-refundable for any month already in progress. If you believe a payment was made in error, contact us at youreach@conceivr.com within 48 hours.

5. Intellectual Property

All platform content — including videos, documents, templates, and materials — is owned by Conceivr Limited. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialise any content without explicit written permission. Your own idea and work remain yours.

6. Submissions and Assignments

Assignments submitted through the platform are reviewed by Bootcamp Success Mentors (BSMs) or Build Room Mentors. Conceivr does not claim ownership of your idea submissions. However, by submitting, you grant Conceivr a limited, non-exclusive right to use anonymised insights from submissions for programme improvement purposes.

7. Community Standards

The Conceivr community is a professional environment. Harassment, spam, hate speech, or any conduct that harms other members will result in immediate removal from the platform without refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

Conceivr provides the platform on an as-is basis. We do not guarantee that using the platform will result in funding, revenue, or business success. Our liability to you for any claim arising out of your use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days prior to the claim.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We will notify active users of material changes via email.
